The only real garage in Zemun: 150 spaces, a lift, three pay stations, cards and cash. First hour 100 RSD, each next 150, daily ticket 1,500 RSD. Two EV chargers (350 RSD/h).
02 — Parking
Parking is the one real obstacle.
The green zone covers parts of Glavna and the surrounding streets, with a 180-minute limit — not enough for a working day. There is no parking at the Madlenianum entrance itself: that stretch of Glavna is pedestrian. This chapter settles parking before you get in the car.
26 November 2026 is a Thursday. The zone charges 07–21, which means you need a solution that lasts longer than three hours.
The short version
- Pinki garage — 150 spaces, 24/7, 1,500 RSD daily ticket, six minutes on foot. The only place to leave the car all day without worry.
- The green zone on Glavna — 55 RSD per hour, but 180 minutes maximum. Not enough for a full day — use it to stop and drop off.
- Taxi from the airport or hotel — If you do not have to drive, do not drive. Airport: 2,300–2,700 RSD by the official table. Around town: roughly 500–800 RSD for short hops.

The zone
What “green zone” actually means.
From 6 July 2026 the old Zemun zones were redrawn: the former “blue zone 4” in the centre became green. Glavna is in the green zone (subzones 3.18 and 3.19), and the same rules apply to Kej oslobođenja, Gradski park, Preradovićeva, Njegoševa, Vrtlarska and Lagumska.
In practice: 55 dinars per started hour, three hours maximum, with a one-hour extension at 160 dinars. Saturdays charge until 14:00, Sundays are free. If a map still shows “zone 4”, that information is out of date.
Payment
How to pay and stop thinking about it.
Simplest is the official Parking Servis app: it detects the zone by GPS, takes card payment and lets you extend from the phone. It works with foreign cards.
Second option: a kiosk or the parking warden — give your plate and the number of hours. Third: SMS, which only works from a Serbian number — send your plate without spaces to 9113 for one hour in the green zone. Foreign numbers do not work.
If you do not pay, enforcement issues a 3,000 RSD daily ticket automatically. Repeated non-payment on foreign plates can end in a wheel clamp — 8,000 RSD to release. So: app, kiosk or garage.
Pinki garage
Pinki.
The garage is at Nemanjina 4a, south of Glavna. Entry from Nemanjina, with a lift and three pay stations. First hour 100 dinars, each next 150, daily ticket 1,500. Open around the clock.

Park, then walk.
If Glavna is full — and it will be — leave the car on the edge of the zone and walk in. Five to eight minutes is realistic, and in Zemun that is the best part of the day.
Streets under the same rules: Kej oslobođenja, Gradski park, Preradovićeva, Njegoševa, Vrtlarska, Lagumska, Karađorđeva.
For groups
If you are arriving as a team.
For 400 guests on a Thursday, street parking is not a plan. For organised groups: drop off on Preradovićeva or by Veliki trg, take the car to the Pinki garage, and share one taxi or van from the hotel.
If your hotel has its own parking — Skala, Flaneur, D10 and Vizura do — leave the car there and walk or take a taxi. That is the calmest version.
Electric vehicles
Charging.
The Pinki garage has two chargers (350 RSD/h). A 240 kW fast charger sits at the OMV “Metro” station near Zemun Park, about four kilometres from the centre.
Backup
If there is really nothing. Ušće Shopping Center in New Belgrade has free parking, and Zemun is 12 minutes away by taxi or 20 by bus. Not elegant, but reliable.

Glavna ulica — zelena zona
The theatre entrance is in the green zone: 55 RSD per started hour, 180-minute limit, extension 160 RSD per hour. Charged weekdays 07–21, Saturdays 07–14, free on Sundays.
Kej oslobođenja
The most spaces along the river — and the most contested. If you find one, it is a flat five-minute walk to the theatre.
Gradski park
A calmer part of the zone with more spaces, beside the park. Five minutes to Madlenianum along Glavna.
Ušće Shopping Center
Bulevar Mihajla Pupina 4, Novi Beograd
The fallback if Zemun is full: free parking at the mall, then a 12-minute taxi or 20-minute bus to Zemun. Not elegant, but it works.
