A boutique apart-hotel in a restored listed building below Gardoš. The nicest choice if you want old-Zemun atmosphere — and quiet after a day in the hall.

Part of the same Zemun story: central, next to the theatre and the riverside promenade. Deluxe rooms of 24 m², a bar and gym. A flat ten-minute walk to Madlenianum.

If you want something else.
Skala (own parking), Flaneur (free private), D10 (garage and free guest parking) and Vizura (secure parking) — if you are driving, these four solve both the room and the car. Theater Hotel has no own parking: use the street zone or the Pinki garage, 410 metres away.

Where to stay.
Zemun
Everything on foot: theatre, restaurants, the quay, Gardoš. Best for the event day and for dinner afterwards. No big hotels — but the real ones.
New Belgrade
Modern hotels, garages, close to the E75 and the airport. Fifteen to twenty minutes by car to Zemun; taxi roughly 800–1,200 RSD.
Central Belgrade
Knez Mihailova, Kalemegdan, museums and nightlife. Twenty to thirty minutes by car. If you want the city as well as the event.
